We request that customers bring the items they want to sell, down to one of our stores, where the selling price will be discussed/negotiated. As there are so many products in the market, we need to look at the product in its actual state to give a fair price estimate. It is our company policy not to provide “over the phone” price estimates.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that all electrical items are in working condition. This can be done by testing the product before you bring the item down to our stores.

There are also several ways to enhance the value of your products:

• Bring along any accessory(ies) that belong to the item (remote, drivers etc)

• Bring along any manuals of the item

• Make sure the product is in a clean state

We do not buy clothing, books, magazines or large items such as furniture, washing machines and refrigerators.

If you are selling music or video discs, we will only buy music or video discs that are original. Any video discs sold must be accompanied by a Singapore Censorship Board sticker.
